Hovhannisyan Resigns as Armenian Ministry of Defense Spokesperson

Artsrun Hovhannisyan has resigned as press spokesperson for Armenia’s Ministry of Defense.

Hovhanisyan, in a Facebook post today, says will remain in the armed forces as a military educator.
