Armenia’s Acting Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Davit Beginyan filed his resignation papers today.

The Compulsory Enforcement Service (CES) is a separate subdivision of the Ministry of Justice and carries out criminal case court judgments and decisions in respect to fines, confiscation of property, and levies of execution on property, as well as judicial acts on civil cases, among other functions.

A statement released by the CES provided no additional details.
