Armenian Minister of Justice Rustam Badasyan today introduced newly appointed Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer Sergey Meghryan to the staff of the Compulsory Enforcement Service (CES).

Former Acting Chief Compulsory Enforcement Officer David Beginyan was present at the event according to a Ministry of Justice press release.

Badasyan congratulated Sergey Meghryan on his appointment and wished him success in his efforts to reform the CES.
