Armenian President Armen Sarkissian today visited the Yerablur Military Pantheon to pay his respects to Armenian soldiers who died during the April 2016 Four Day War.

Sarkissian was accompanied by former military servicemen of the Armenian Army Gor Darmanyan and Liparit Melkonyan, as well as Arkady Andreasyan, an employee of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

During their service in the Armed Forces, these three distinguished themselves by their combat readiness and dedication. All were wounded in combat.

They have been recruited as part of the Homeland Defender's initiative, which aims to assist disabled servicemen and provide them with work.

Sarkisian and the three war vets laid flowers at the graves of those who fell during the 2016 April War.
