
Pashinyan, Putin Discuss Anti-Coronavirus Measures
Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke by phone today and discussed the supply of natural gas to Armenia and steps being taken to battle the coronavirus emergency.
It was noted that the situation in both countries is completely under control, this according to a statement released by Pashinyan’s office.
Pashinyan thanked Russia for the steps it’s taking to ensure the smooth implementation of cargo transportation from Russia to Armenia.
The two supported the idea of convening a special session of the Eurasian Supreme Council via a video conference and called for the establishment of permanent contacts both bilaterally and within the framework of the EEU.
