
Artsakh: Government Places Restrictions On Who Can Leave
The Artsakh government announced today that it will place restrictions on who can leave the country under the ongoing state of emergency.
In general, individuals will be prohibited from leaving except under certain circumstances.
The exemptions include freight haulers, those leaving for medical emergencies, those attending the funerals of close family members, those having urgent business outside the country, officials and diplomats on work related missions, those leaving on urgent army matters, and in cases sanctioned the Head of the State of Emergency Command.
The restrictions go into effect on April 22.
