Artsakh Foreign Minister Masis Mayilyan today met with the newly elected President of the Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan.

Mayilyan, in a Facebook post, wrote that the two discussed several issues related to Artsakh's domestic and foreign policy.

“We both stressed the need to ensure the continuity of achievements in the field of foreign policy in recent years,” Mailyan wrote.
