Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, in a Facebook post today, wrote that the government has disbursed 57.3 billion AMD ($120.7m)to date in financial aid to individuals and businesses to mitigate the impact of the coronavirus crisis.

"The money was distributed among about 23,000 legal entities and 825,000 individuals,” Pashinyan wrote.

He added that this amount does not include ongoing anti-crisis measures 14,15 and 16.

“As a result of the implementation of these programs, the number of beneficiaries will exceed 1.2 million,” Pashinyan wrote.
