Armenian, Kazakh Foreign Ministers Discuss Coronavirus Challenges
Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and his Kazakh counterpart, Mukhtar Tleuberdi, spoke by phone today and exchanged views on the measures and programs being implemented at the national level to gradually overcome the challenges caused by the novel coronavirus.
Mnatsakanyan, according to a statement released by his office, expressed his support to the friendly people of Kazakhstan in overcoming the problems associated with the virus.
The two also discussed several issues on the bilateral agenda, expressing a readiness to intensify Armenian-Kazakh cooperation in the areas of mutual interest through high-level mutual visits, consultations between foreign ministries and meetings of the intergovernmental commission.
