Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II sent a congratulatory message to the new President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan.  

Catholicos Garegin II, according to the Mother See of Etchmiadzin, congratulated Harutyunyan on his inauguration yesterday and expressed his hope that the new president would work towards the betterment of the people in Artsakh.
