Armenian President Armen Sarkissian has decreed that Grisha Matosyan and Smbat Gabrielyan, the two Armenian Army junior sergeants killed by Azerbaijani gunfire yesterday, be posthumously awarded the Combat Service Medal.

 Captain Sos Elbakyan and Major Garush Hambardzumyan, also killed in the recent fighting along the Armenian border with Azerbaijan, were awarded the Medal of Courage and the Service to the Fatherland Medal (2nd class) respectively.
