Armenian Ministry of Defense Press Spokesperson Shushan Stepanyan announced today that if the Azerbaijan military ceases its firing along the Armenian-Azerbaijani border, and if favorable conditions are created, Armenia is ready to permit the recovery and retrieval of Azerbaijani soldiers killed and injured from the battlefield.
