The Artsakh Ministry of Defense reports that its air defense units downed an Azerbaijani Orbiter-3  drone conducting a reconnaissance flight in the northeast of the country.

In a statement, the ministry says its forces are in full control of the situation along the country’s border with Azerbaijan.
