Armenian President Armen Sarkissian today sent a congratulatory message to Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi on the country’s national holiday - Revolution Day.

Sarkissian, according to a statement released by his office, wished the Egyptian president good health and success and lasting peace and prosperity to the people of Egypt.

July 23, 1952 marks the anniversary of Egyptian Revolution which led to the declaration of the modern republic of Egypt.
