Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan today dismissed Kashatagh Provincial Head Artyom Saribekyan for disobedience.

Harutyunyan, in a Facebook post, said that Saribekyan committed nepotism by hiring his son as a Kashatagh staffer, and that he had been warned no to do so.

"I am appealing to high-ranking state officials again. I will be consistent in fulfilling all my instructions. Your task is only to serve the homeland in good faith. Otherwise, there will be no possibility to work together,” Harutyunyan wrote.
