Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan and Armenia’s High Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs Zareh Sinanyan today, via a video conference call, discussed the plight of Armenians in Lebanon.

Harutyunyan, according to a statement released by his office, stressed the importance of pan-Armenian efforts to get the community back on its feet as soon as possible, adding however that it is preferable that those wishing to leave Lebanon resettle in the “homeland”.
