Armenian President Armen Sarkissian today sent a congratulatory message to Artsakh President Bako Sahakyan on his 60th birthday, wishing him good health and all the best.

President Sarkissian's message, in part, reads:

"During your tenure as President of the Artsakh Republic, you have made consistent efforts to strengthen the statehood of Artsakh, to ensure its security, and implement socio-economic reforms. In the various state positions, public and national activities you have held, you have always stood out with your devotion to the homeland and high-level of responsibility."
