National Archive of Armenia Director Amatuni Virabyan has been fired for tax irregularities.

The country’s Ministry of Justice reported today that an investigation, that had been launched based on several complaints about the agency’s operations, revealed accounting tax irregularities.

These irregularities have resulted in tax non-payment.

 The National Archive of Armenia is a state non-commercial organization (SNCO) with eleven regional (including Yerevan) branches and a legal entity of the Ministry of Justice.
