Artsakh Presidential Spokesman Vahram Poghosyan reports, in a Facebook post, that the fighting that started early in the morning along the entire line of contact in Artsakh continues.

"The Artsakh Defense Army is halting the enemy's actions with strong blows," Poghosyan wrote.

He said that the situation is under the control of the President of the Republic.

He urged the population to keep calm and remain in shelters.
