Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan stated at a press conference today in Stepanakert that two civilians have died and thirty wounded so far from Azerbaijani shelling.

Beglaryan said that these numbers are expected to increase.

He said that fifty residential 50 settlements were under Azerbaijani attack, including all the cities of Artsakh.
