Armenian Minister of Health Arsen Torosyan is visiting Artsakh to check on Armenian soldiers wounded over the past two days and to see what medical treatment they’re receiving.

Torosyan has met with the Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, State Minister Grigory Martirosyan and Minister of Health Ararat Ohanjanyan.
