Artsakh Presidential Press Spokesman Vahram Poghosyan reports that three civilians in Martakert were killed when an Azerbaijani military fighter bombed the town.

Poghosyan said there were casualties as well but gave no specifics.

"Official Baku is openly attacking the civilian population, violating all norms of international law. We offer our condolences to the relatives of all the victims,” Poghosyan said.
