Artsakh: Hadrout Shelled Again

Armenian Ministry of Defense representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan, in a recent Facebook post, writes that Azerbaijani forces have again shelled the Artsakh town of Hadrout.

He says there are civilian casualties.
