Armenia’s National Security Service has released the following recording  it claims proves Turkey’s involvement in the fighting along the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border and the presence of what it describes as “mercenary-terrorists”.

The commentator says that Armenian intelligence agencies were able to record radio broadcasts between Turkish and Azerbaijani air force units.
