In this video, Armenian Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan rejects earlier claims made by Azerbaijan that Armenia has fired various weapons over the border into Azerbaijan. Tonoyan also warns Baku that if Azerbaijani forces continue to indiscriminately target civilians in Artsakh, Armenian forces will respond and that the consequences will be terrible.
