Armenian Defense Ministry representative Artsrun Hovhannisyan reports that Azerbaijani forces are again targeting the Artsakh capital of Stepanakert with missile fire.

Hovhannisyan, in a Facebook post, says that Azerbaijan is also firing missiles at the nearby town of Shushi.

Today, at noon local time, Azerbaijani launched an initial round of missiles at Stepanakert.

Azerbaijani forces have indiscriminately targeted Stepanakert several times already since September 27.
