The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Artsakh spoke by phone yesterday and talked about the Russian President Putin’s proposal to hold consultations between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia in Moscow.
Armenian FM Mnatsakanyan informed his Artsakh counterpart Masis Mayilyan about his talks yesterday with the representatives of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair countries.
