Artsakh Presidential Spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan reports that Azerbaijani forces are currently targeting the Artsakh towns of Martuni, Shushi and various large villages in the country.

Earlier, Poghosyan reported that Stepanakert was also under fire and that a residential house and adjacent infrastructure were severely damaged.
