Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan and German Chancellor Angela Merkel spoke again by phone today regarding developments along the Artsakh-Azerbaijan border since a humanitarian ceasefire was declared on October 10.

Pashinyan expressed concern over the incessant bombardment of Stepanakert and the violation of the ceasefire agreement by the Azerbaijani armed forces, this according to a statement released by his office.

Pashinyan also stressed the importance of Nagorno Karabakh exercising the right of nations to self-determination.
