Azerbaijan continues to grossly violate the humanitarian ceasefire and has resumed  large-scale military operations along the entire frontline, this according to Artsakh Presidential spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan.

Poghosyan said that Azerbaijani forces are shelling civilian targets and that “thousands of mercenary terrorists” are participating in military operations on behalf of Azerbaijan.

"Every effort must be made to inflict great losses on the enemy that is armed to the teeth, to ensure victory in this patriotic war," said Poghosyan.
