The Artsakh Defense Ministry reports that Azerbaijan has shelled a hospital in the northeast of the country.

"The enemy, continuing to violate the humanitarian ceasefire, this time targeted one of the hospitals located in the north-eastern direction, where civilians are also receiving treatment.

"This is an obvious war crime, the entire consequences of which falls on the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan."
