Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan reports that the Azerbaijani military continued to target the civilian population of Artsakh, shelling several settlements in Martakert, Martuni and Hadrut.

Beglaryan, in a Facebook post, writes that his office has received reliable information that Nver Grigoryan, an employee of ArtsakhEnergo, was killed while at work in the Martakert shelling.

Beglaryan says that 32 Artsakh civilians have been killed since September 27.
