Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan today claimed he has obtained two videos and photos showing Armenian POWs being inhumanely treated and then killed by Azerbaijani armed forces.

Tatoyan said that the videos were disseminated by Azerbaijani sources over the internet and later removed by the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.

The ministry denied any culpability in the matter.

Tatoyan said that experts at his office also accurately located the place and time of the Azerbaijani criminal acts.  

The videos and photos have already received the necessary legal backing as irrefutable legal evidence of a war crime.

The videos and photos will be sent to relevant international bodies, Tatoyan said.
