Artsakh Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan yet again accused Azerbaijan of war crimes after today’s rocket attacks targeting residential areas and public institutions in Stepanakert and Shushi.

Beglaryan said that one civilian was killed and two were injured in Shushi, and that   Stepanakert casualties are still being verified.

Extensive damage was reported in the Artsakh capital Stepanakert, including the Maternal and Child Health Center.

“These new crimes are a consequence of the international community’s acquiescence regarding previous crimes committed by Azerbaijan. Therefore, both Azerbaijan and the international community are responsible for these crimes," Beglaryan said in a statement.
