On October 28, Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and UK Permanent Secretary of the European Neighborhood and the Americas Wendy Morton, by telephone, exchanged views on the operative situation in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict zone and the implementation of the ceasefire agreements reached through the mediation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs.

Mnatsakanyan, according to a statement released by his office, noted that Azerbaijan, once again demonstrating its treacherous stance, has renounced its humanitarian ceasefire commitments and continues to deliberately target, using prohibited weapons,  the civilian population and infrastructure of Artsakh.

"Both sides stressed the need for the unconditional implementation of the agreements reached on the immediate ceasefire," the ministry’s statement reads.
