Ganja -  Azerbaijani Air Force base, helicopter squadron, the General Staff Rifle Brigade, the Special Forces Brigade, the center of the combat department of the Ministry of Defense, the radio engineering battalion of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, the base of fuel and lubricants of the central subordinate of the Ministry of Defense, the machine building plant of the Ministry of Defense, the aircraft repair factory and the repair factory artillery weapons.

Barda - The headquarters of the 1th Army Corps of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, repair battalion, separate communication battalion, air missile division, tank brigade, anti-tank division.
