Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan said today that those government officials who left the country at the start of the war will face appropriate sanctions and dismissed if found in violation of the law.

Harutyunyan added that he is ready to review the circumstances of such actions if those who left return to the country and fulfill their civic duty.
