Armenian Defense Ministry Special Representative Arstrun Hovhannisyan reports that intense battles are taking place in the northeast, in the direction of Martuni.

He said that Armenian forces have registered “victories” south of Shushi but gave no specifics, adding that fighting continues.

“If the situation is complicated in one place this doesn’t mean that some should voice negative sentiments,” Hovhannisyan said.
