The Azerbaijani military resumed shelling Stepanakert, the Artsakh capital, this evening.

One civilian was treated for his wounds and is in stable condition according to the Artsakh State Emergency Service (ASES).

Air raid sirens sounded twice today in the northern Artsakh town of Martakert, where the Azerbaijani military tried to employ its air force.

Azerbaijani armed forces shelled the town of Martuni this afternoon as well.

The ASES reports that the regions of Askeran, Kashatagh and Shahumyan remained relatively calm throughout the day.
