The Armenian Ministry of Defense announces that starting from November 10, 2010 at 5:00 am, the RoA Armed Forces, together with the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, will implement the provisions of the trilateral agreement reached between the Prime Minister of Armenia and the Presidents of Russia and Azerbaijan on the cessation of the Karabakh war.
