Artsakh Presidential Spokesperson Says Return of Territory Deadlines Haven't Been Discussed with Artsakh Authorities

Artsakh Presidential Spokesperson Vahram Poghosyan, in a Facebook post today, called on Armenian residents of Kashatagh and Shahumyan, two districts scheduled for being handed to Azerbaijan, not to panic or rush to remove their belongings from their homes.

"The issues of territorial concessions and the terms announced in that context have not been discussed with the Artsakh authorities yet. When these discussions take place, there be appropriate clarifications, and the Government of Artsakh will make a corresponding statement," Poghosyan wrote.
