Russia to Create Humanitarian Repsonse Center in Stepanakert

The Russian Ministry of Defense will form an Interdepartmental Humanitarian Response Center in Stepanakert. 

This was reported on Sunday by the National Center for Defense Management (NTSUO) of Russia according to a TASS article.

Russian peacekeepers have also begun escorting buses with refugees returning to Nagorno-Karabakh through the Lachin corridor, this according to TASS.

Nine buses (250 people) were escorted through Lachin to Artsakh on November 14, and nineteen buses (475) people made the trip today.
