A joint fact-finding team of Armenia’s and Artsakh’s Human Rights Defenders has provided additional evidence of gross violations of the lives, health, property and other rights of civilians by the Azerbaijani armed forces, as well as crimes against humanity and war crimes.

United Kingdom Baroness Caroline Cox, accompanied by international journalists and experts, also participated in the fact-finding work in Artsakh.
