Some 2,000 Armenian residents of villages in the Martakert region, an area to be handed over to Azerbaijan, are being relocated to temporary accommodations with government aid.

The villages in question are Nor Maragha, Nor Aygestan, Nor Seysula, Nor Karmiravan, Nor Haykajur, Hovtashen and Nor.

The trilateral ceasefire statement states that the Aghdam region will be returned to the Republic of Azerbaijan by November 20, 2020. The mentioned settlements, as well as Akna settlement (Aghdam), according to the Azerbaijani side, are located in Aghdam region.
