Armenian Defense Minister Davit Tonoyan Fired

A Hetq source within the Armenian Ministry of Defense has confirmed news reports that Davit Tonoyan has been dismissed as the country’s defense minister.

Tonoyan was appointed defense minister on May 11, 2018.
