Hayastan All Armenian Fund monies recently allocated to the government of Armenia will be used to pay 300,000 drams (US$596) to citizens registered in Artsakh communities now under Azerbaijani control.

Citizens must have lived in those communities for at least three months prior to September 27, the outbreak of the war.

The assistance is a one-time payment.
