Artsakh President Proposes National Unity Government

Artsakh President Arayik Haruntyunyan has floated the idea of organizing a government of national unity to meet the challenges the country now faces due to the recent war.

Harutyunyan, in a Facebook post today, writes that he has started political consultations with a wide range of political and public circles in Artsakh and that such a government is possible.

“I urge everyone to unite, not only to extricate the country from this situation through joint efforts, but also to embark on a long path of development and empowerment, which is the only way to ensure a dignified life for us and future generations,” Harutyunyan writes.
