No Skirmishes Near Kapan, Says Syunik Provincial Government

The Syunik Provincial Administration (SPA) has denied rumors circulating over the internet that Azerbaijani forces attacked the village of Agarak near Kapan earlier today.

The SPA, in a statement, says there have been no skirmishes on the border near Kapan.
