Armenian Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan, in a Facebook post today, writes that he has left for Moscow on a working visit to facilitate the return of Armenians captives held by Azerbaijan.

"Taking into account the uniqueness of the topic, the details of the visit and meetings will not be published," Tatoyan writes.
