At the initiative of Russian Federal Security Service Director Alexander Bortnikov, a trilateral meeting was held in Moscow on December 28 between the Directors of the State Security Services of Azerbaijan and Armenia.

Among the issues discussed during the meeting was the exchange of POWs and the search for those missing due to the recent war in Artsakh.
